Scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to get an appointment the next day for our washing machine. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with - extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! He diagnosed a couple of issues with the washer, and even with ordering parts, he came back out just over a day later to do the repairs. As usual, no complaints and happy to pay for the service call. You get what you pay for. With Ace you get service, knowledge, professionalism and any question you have regarding an appliance they can answer, truthfully. They can offer ideas and different things to do to take care of your appliance that you would not expect. With today’s media and advertising everything is just wonderful to use for your clothes and that good ole fresh smell, News Flash, it’s not. It will ruin your appliance over time. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was really pleased to find somebody reliable and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Ace again. Geoffrey was the technician, Identified the problem within minutes. also took the time to look at another appliance that had a problem and took care of that immediately. He will be back to install the range parts he’s ordering !
Geoffrey came back with the parts to repair my stove top and I have to say he it is very fast and efficient. I will definitely use Ace appliance with any of my appliance repairs. So happy my neighbor found them and passed the number on to me.

He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to address the issue with our drier and get it back to working order quickly. Brian did such a great job at my house. He diagnosed the issues we were having with our dishwasher and helped me decide to repair vs replace. He had the parts with him to repair but I couldn’t wait to get a new one instead! He came back for my install and did a great job. Took the old one + all the packaging from the new one with him. He’s a great guy in general and easy to chat with. Big smile and happy guy! 5 stars. I’ll have him back for all of our other appliances bc he’s so easy to work with!
